GS-866 Oil Based Finishing Oil

• Providing all kinds of oily leathers with the upper oily touch, handle feeling and softness effect.
• Imparts the good penetration to make leathers with fine fullness and gains light and softness after rolling coater. The grizzle leathers will obtain the good even, elegant property and fragrant smell while after finishing.
• If heavy oily, endurance and pull-up needed, it can be mixed with GS-LA4, GS-WXA and the ratio is adjusted as requirement.

Composition：Combination of refine naturaloil and synthetic oil.
Appearance：Dark green paste.
Active substance：Over 98%.
Flash point：Over 180°C.
Solubility：Insoluble into water.
Indication of use：

• Directlyusing roll coating or curtain coating, the operating temp. is 70~80°C.
• Ifplating needed, the temp. and the pressure can be adjusted as requirement aftercoating, but the concerned point is not adhesive onto plate.

Shelf life：One year (in unopened drumresp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing：110KGS / plastic drum.
Storage：Sealed drum kept in cool &dry place at 10~40℃. Avoid frozen. Stirring well before using.
Note：GS-866 is a batch formproduction and as such it is subject to small variation in color andconsistency This however has no influence on the technical property of theleather.
